Dictate, photograph or upload — we file it
Say what you did, photograph a page of paper notes, or drop in a certificate or PDF. ORL-HNS reads it (handwriting included), proposes the evidence type, the mapped curriculum fields and what is missing. ARCP soon? Add every page at once, with patient identifiers covered: one proposed record per case, flagged where ISCP or eLogbook already has it, approved in one table. Photos are read once and not kept; you check every record and nothing is invented.
Approve drafts, never submit
Review the exact official fields once. ORL-HNS saves a draft in ISCP through your own session, reopens it and verifies what was saved. It never picks an assessor, completes feedback or submits.

What we will not do
- Store your ISCP or eLogbook password.
- Bypass MFA, PINs or any official control.
- Make a final submission or choose an assessor.
- Import patient identifiers — they are removed before anything is saved.
- Call a count complete before every section is confirmed.
- Keep your session after you disconnect — the browser context is destroyed.
