Common questions

What can I use without an account?

You can read public notes, practise the public question bank and vivas, use calculators and explore the ENT training roadmap. An account is needed to save progress, highlights, answers and portfolio evidence.

What does Plus include?

Plus unlocks the full question bank, full note library, additional vivas and the complete study workflow. Your Account page always shows your current access and any trial time remaining before you choose to upgrade.

How should I use the question bank?

Choose a specialty or topic, answer one question at a time, then read the explanation and linked resources. Signed-in answers feed your progress and spaced review. Comments appear after the answer is revealed so they cannot spoil the question.

How do viva sessions work?

You can practise alone by speaking or typing an answer before moving to the next examiner question. Partner mode lets one person examine and the other answer. The station brief and model answers remain separated during practice.

What is the training portfolio?

It is a private companion for ST3 to CCT. You can track index procedure PBAs, critical-condition CBDs or CEXs, emergency work, courses, regional teaching, presentations, research, work schedules and other ARCP evidence. You can export a year as a portable ZIP and CSV.

Does ORL-HNS submit to ISCP for me?

No. ORL-HNS prepares structured evidence, shows the exact handoff and opens the matching ISCP form in your signed-in session. You review and paste it yourself. It never stores your ISCP login, fills rater feedback or submits a form. Open How this works in the Training workspace whenever you want the guided walkthrough again.

How does the ENT AI Assistant work?

The ENT AI Assistant is designed for clinical learning and exam preparation. It gives concise ENT-focused answers and links supporting material where available. It is educational support, not a substitute for local policy or clinical judgement.

Can I ask a question or report a problem?

Yes. Signed-in learners can message Ali inside ORL-HNS and reply in the same thread. Discussion under questions and vivas appears immediately. You can use a chosen public name or post anonymously, reply, mark useful posts and report anything that needs moderation. My discussions keeps your posts and replies together.
