    2. Aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD)

  2. Cystic fibrosis
  3. PCD
  4. Eosinophilic GPA (triad of asthma, eosinophilia, rhinosinusitis)
  1. Nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, anosmia, facial pain
  2. Duration, progression, laterality and severity of symptoms
  3. Allergic history
  4. Samters triad for AERD: Aspirin sensitivity, polyps, asthma
  5. Red flags: Bleeding, facial numbness, visual symptoms
